Why should I work on my Vertical Leap?
If you are able to jump higher than your opponent you can grab that rebound, get your shot off and have the ability to block your opponent's shot at will.
A strong vertical leap can mean that size doesn't have to matter. And, for some, developing an explosive vertical leap is even the foundation to a slam dunk!

What's included in the SJUS Vertical Leap Training Program?
In the Vertical Leap Training Program we introduce you to the drills and exercises that help build an explosive take-off.
The program will focus on three key areas:
Strength
Power
Velocity
Improvements in each of these areas will make you a more explosive athlete and enhance your success in basketball or any other sport.
Our training is currently open to players who are jr. high school age or older.
